Pallet Collars are easily assembled and stack securely on top of each other to create your desired sized storage unit.

This storage system will maximise static space. Pallet Collars will improve safety both in industrial racking situations and when goods are transported around a manufacturing facility or larger processing site.

PALLET COLLAR

Centre Hinge collars collapse to fit within their own length when not in use. They have an additional two hinges on two opposing sides to allow this to occur. This feature facilitates space storage for backloading.

TROLLEY BOX
 

Trolley-Box is the latest offering from Pallet Collars Australia. With Trolley-Box your pallets can now be moved without a forklift or trolley jack.

 

Each pallet has 4 heavy duty steel swivel castors fixed to the underside of the pallet. Simply assemble, then push the pallet where you need.

 

Trolley-Box is shipped as a DIY kit which takes 5 minutes to assemble. Castors are already fixed onto the pallet. Simply unpack, flip over the pallet, place the plywood lid/base in place and build up the pallet collars.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

  • 1 x Heavy duty hardwood pallet forms the base of the box. It's strong and will carry up to 800Kg.

  • 1 x 12mm plywood base. This makes sure nothing falls through the box. 

  • 3 x Australian made pallet collars, make up the sides of the Trolley-Box. (also available in 4)

  • 4 x swivel castors make the Trolley- Box easy to push around on a sealed surface. Two of the castors feature a locking break so your Trolley-Box will stay put when these are locked on. 

DOCUMENT HOLDERS
 

Document holders fit snugly over the top edge of the pallet collar and lets you identify goods contained within the collar.

 

Document holders will help identify what goods are in what pallets, which will increase productivity in your warehouse whilst maintaining the security and safety you expect from Pallet Collars. Document holders can also be used for fuss-free merchandising.

Durable Moulded Plastic

Pallet Corner Clips provide the warehouse with a stable guide for stacking pallets on top of Pallet Collars. The pallet fits neatly into the strong moulded plastic clips - which are designed to hold a pallet in the correct location.

 

The corner clips ensure that the pallet is stacked straight and the vertical load is kept where it should be.

Note: You will need two (2) divider brackets for each timber divider.

Divider boards slip into your divider brackets to segregate your pallet into modules. Metal Divider Brackets hold the boards in place and create small usable space inside the collar.

 

Space can be split into halves, thirds and quarters.

 

When the size of the space needs to be adjusted - simply move the metal divider bracket along the collar to the desired spot and relocate the divider board.

Materials

​4.5mm spring wire

Hold down brackets snap over the top edge of the collar and under the lead edge board of the pallet. They secure the collar to the pallet.

 

Two hold down brackets are required per base collar - one on each side.

Pallet Collars Lids turn your wooden pallet into a sealed box.  They will stop goods falling through the pallet by providing a solid base and the will secure the goods from pilferage and accidental slippage by covering the top of the Pallet Collars.

 

Pallet Collars lids will also act as a partition allowing you to safely layer your goods within your pallet collars. 

BULK DISPLAY UNITS



 

The Bulk Display Unit is a product storage solution assembled using pallet collars, divider brackets and a metal mesh top. These products are excellent for retail displays and can be adjusted to suit a range of products.

 

Companies such as Bunnings use Bulk Display Units for gardening tools and ornaments as well as plants, pots and other long-handled gardening products. The Bulk Display Units are based on a standard Australian pallet allowing the unit to be easily manoeuvered throughout a warehouse.

 

The stacking collars, dividers and mesh top can be added or taken away giving you flexible options for the products you are displaying. This really is the future of retail displays.
